Delete your Euphemo account

You can delete your account and the data stored with it at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Euphemo and sign in.
2. Go to Profile > Account and sync (Privacy and data also has a link to it).
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away.

Without the app

Email [supportEmail to be added] from the email address you use for Euphemo, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm by email and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What is deleted

• Your account, email address and sign-in links.
• Everything synced to our servers: settings, progress, practice records, saved words, lists and notes.
• Your AI usage records, and any AI replies or content problems you reported.
• Add-on purchases and credits, codes you redeemed, and the times you tried a code.
• We also ask RevenueCat, which processes purchases for us, to delete its customer record for you [verify].

Removed data may stay in our encrypted backups for up to 30 days before it is overwritten [verify the backup period with the database provider].

What is not deleted

• Data on your device. To remove it, delete the app, or use Profile > Privacy and data > Erase data on this device before you delete your account.
• Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play. Apple and Google manage these. Cancel the subscription in your store account settings; deleting your Euphemo account doesn't stop billing.
• Records we must keep by law, such as tax records for purchases made on our website.
